Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Secretary cum Procurement Coordinator to support our procurement operations while providing essential administrative assistance. This dual role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations within our procurement department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling procurement process, including vendor communication and order placement.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information.
• Coordinate communication between suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
• Prepare and manage procurement documentation and reports.
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars for procurement-related activities.
• Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management.
•
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in administrative support and procurement coordination, preferably within the FMCG sector, will be an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and procurement software.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
