## Job Requirements:
- *Proven Experience:* 3-5 years in retail, FMCG, sales operations, or e-commerce operations
- *Skills:*
- Strong understanding of sales operations and e-commerce platforms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Effective communication and collaboration skills

## Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize sales operations processes for the retail app-based company
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve sales performance
