We are seeking a Gardener Supervisor to oversee the planning, development and maintenance of our landscaped areas and garden farms in Wafra. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage staff.
• Develop and implement planting and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Design Landscape Projects, selecting appropriate plants and implement sustainable practices.
• Maintain and manage budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.

Requirements:
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams.
• In-depth horticultural knowledge and experience in landscape design.
