Description

Telecom Engineers - Salary 350KD
Candidate with Telecommunication diploma and Engineering degree with 3+yrs of field experience.
Knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G technology RAN, MW all kind of equipment from major vendors like Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei.
Well acquainted & familiar with the software programs and protocols used in above equipment's.
Well familiar with engineering designs like link budget. RF parameter, TSSR and contour maps etc.
Comprehensive knowledge on ODF, DDF wiring and krone block arrangement used by different vendors.
Comprehensive knowledge on measuring equipment's such as site master, spectrum analysers.
Familiar to various software tools used by vendors for site verification, quality and acceptance purpose.
Working knowledge on MW antenna alignment process for various type of MW technologies XPIC, SD, E-Band, M-Band.
Able to work under emergency & critical situations.

Tower Riggers- Salary 180KD
Climbing and working on communication towers to install, maintain and repair antennas, transmission, lines and other equipment.
Assembling and securing rigging equipment, pulleys and cables for lifting heavy components.
Conducting routine inspections of towers to identify wire damage or needed repair.
Following safety regulations and using personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hamesses, helmets and protection gear.
Reading blueprints, diagrams and technical manuals to ensure proper installation.
Assisting in the construction of new towers and modification of existing ones.
Working with engineers and ground crew to ensure proper alignment and functionality of equipment.
Adhering to company and industry safety standards (OSHA, ANSI or other relevant regulations).
Operating and maintaining rigging tools, winches and hoists.
Experience in tower climbing and rigging.
Ability to work in challenging weather conditions.
Knowledge of rigging techniques, Knots and lifting operations.
Good physical fitness and endurance.
Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics.
Strong teamwork.
