About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Diesel Generator Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, and repairing diesel generators of various capacities. A strong understanding of generator synchronization is essential to ensure maintenance can be carried out without interrupting power supply. Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on diesel generators.
Conduct inspections, diagnose faults, and replace defective components.
Ensure generators operate efficiently by testing load performance and fuel consumption.
Carry out generator synchronization for seamless power transitions during maintenance.
Install, commission, and upgrade generator systems as required.
Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Maintain accurate service records and reports.
Adhere to safety regulations and company policies while performing duties.
Provide on-site support for emergency breakdowns and repairs.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Diesel Generator Technician.
Strong knowledge of diesel engines, alternators, and electrical systems.
Expertise in generator synchronization to maintain uninterrupted power supply.
Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
Familiarity with load testing, fuel system maintenance, and control panels.
Relevant technical certification or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call duties if required.
Valid [Driving License] (if applicable).
