URGENT HIRING…Salad Chef(Cold Kitchen chef)
* Prepare a variety of fresh salads, cold starters, and accompaniments as per daily menus and dietary requirements
* Ensure attractive presentation and portion control of all cold dishes
* Assist in menu planning and development of new salad recipes and presentations, Monitor and control food stock and waste in the salad section
* Strong knowledge of salad preparation, food presentation, and cold kitchen operations.
* Familiarity with food hygiene regulations (HACCP, ISO 22000, etc.)
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in catering or large-volume kitchens.
