Job Title: MEP Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as MEP Manager tenders management and sales products with quarterly and annually targets. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the acquisition of new projects by efficiently managing the entire tendering process, pre-qualifying companies, and contributing to business development initiatives.

Brief Job Description:

• Prepare technical submissions and review tender drawings/specifications
• Coordinate with electrical and mechanical suppliers for BOQ and proposals
• Attend site visits and client meetings for project evaluation and coordination
• Support in project estimation, value engineering, and compliance checks

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical Preferred)
• Proven experience in tender management pre-qualification processes, and business development within the Kuwait market.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
