A reputed company is looking for Application Support Engineer
- Install, configure, and maintain LIMS applications within our software ecosystem.
- Provide technical support to clients, troubleshoot issues, and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to improve the performance and reliability of our applications.
- Develop and maintain web applications using HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax, Core Java, and JSP.
- Manage databases including writing DML and DDL statements using SQL Server.
- Design and develop reports using Jasper tool, including sub reports, crosstabs, and grouping.
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot applications using JBoss, Apache, and Tomcat web servers.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify and resolve any issues.
- Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity of support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax, Core Java, and JSP for Web development.
- Expertise in SQL Server database management including writing DML and DDL statements
