Description

This is a full-time on-site role for HR Employee Relation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
* Act as a point of contact for employees to address workplace concerns, grievances, and disputes.
* Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolution in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
* Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
* Promote a positive work culture by implementing employee engagement initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies regarding workplace behavior and ethics.
* Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Performance Appraisals & Management:
* Develop and manage the performance appraisal process to ensure fair and effective evaluations.
* Assist in setting performance goals, tracking progress, and providing feedback mechanisms.
* Train managers and employees on performance review best practices.
* Analyze performance data and generate reports for management insights.
* Identify top performers and recommend reward and recognition strategies.
* Address performance improvement plans (PIPs) for underperforming employees and suggest development strategies.
General HR Support:
* Assist in policy development and updates related to employee relations and appraisals.
* Support talent development initiatives by coordinating training and development programs.
* Collaborate with HR teams to enhance retention strategies and employee satisfaction.
* Stay updated on employment laws and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
* 3+ years of experience in employee relations, performance management, or HR generalist roles.
* Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and conflict resolution techniques.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mediation skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
