Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will help manage the team, maintain food quality and safety standards, and ensure smooth service during busy hours.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing menus.
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure proper food presentation.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the kitchen.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff.
• Ensure consistent food quality and portion control.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety.
• Leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
