* Track performance metrics and propose improvements

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
* 1–3 years of relevant experience (beauty industry preferred)
* Familiar with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Google Analytics
* Bonus: HTML/CSS or Canva/Photoshop skills
