Job Purpose:
We are looking to hire a Technician to support our Construction & Maintenance Department operations. The candidate must hold a valid Kuwaiti driving license and possess a transferable visa. The role requires a practical background in one of the following trades: electrician, plumber, carpet installer, or welder.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day maintenance activities across various managed sites.

Conduct site visits for facility inspections, measurements, and repair assessments.

Perform padel court maintenance and turf repair works as required.

Execute tasks within the candidate’s area of trade expertise (electrical, plumbing, welding, or carpet installation).

Ensure the proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.

Work collaboratively with the Facility Management team to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Report directly to me on a daily basis regarding work progress and assigned tasks.

Candidate Requirements:

Skilled technician in one of the following: electrician, plumber, carpet installer, or welder.

Valid Kuwaiti driving license.

Transferable visa (Article 18).

Fluent in English or Arabic.

Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Previous experience in facility maintenance is an advantage.
