1) Civil Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

2) Structural Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities
• Design and analyze structural Precast Structure.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure coordinated, practical designs.
• Review and prepare structural drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with plans, quality, and safety standards.
• Provide technical support during construction and resolve field issues.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Structural/Civil Engineering.
• Expertise in structural design and analysis (RCC, steel, masonry).
• Proficiency with design software (AutoCAD, STAAD), ETAB, Revit.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

3) Draftsman
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our team. The Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by engineers, architects, and designers. The ideal candidate will possess strong drafting skills, proficiency in CAD software, and the ability to interpret complex technical information accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software.
• Interpret and analyze engineering sketches, specifications, and related data to produce accurate designs.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure designs meet project requirements and standards.
• Revise and update existing drawings as necessary to reflect changes in project scope.
• Ensure all drawings and designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Prepare documentation and design layouts for project approvals and construction purposes.
• Maintain an organized file system for drawings and project documents.
• Perform quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Draftsman or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks).
• Strong understanding of technical drawing standards and engineering principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

4) Admin Assistant/ Document Controller
Duties and Responsibilities
• Scanning documents and physically / electronically filing documents
• Organizing documents and ensuring documents are saved and archived as per the approved index, filing list, template
• Handle the retrieval of documents either as directed by Line Manager / Supervisor
• Update and logs the requests in a database system
• Training employees in the proper way to create or fill out company documents
• Assist clients with filling out proper paperwork and with the filing process of the documents.
• Responsible for Send / Received documents logs and archiving on the system on daily base
• Produce and maintain Document Progress Reports to Project Managers.
• Create Document Control and correspondence folders for individual projects.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Any Bachelor degree
• Basic understanding of Engineering / Procurement / Construction / Commissioning documents
• Familiar with e-Document management systems.
• Proficient typing skills
• Documents archiving and document imaging.
• Computer skills (MS Office, SAP) and computerized system
