We are looking for a talented and passionate Lebanese Chef to join our culinary team! If you have a deep love for traditional Lebanese cuisine and a flair for authentic flavors, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a wide variety of Lebanese dishes including mezze, grills, pastries, and desserts.

Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of all food items.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

Innovate and update the Lebanese menu while preserving authenticity.

Manage kitchen staff and oversee food preparation where needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Lebanese Chef (minimum 3 years).

Expertise in traditional Lebanese recipes and techniques.

Knowledge of kitchen operations, hygiene, and food safety.

Creativity, passion for food, and attention to detail.

Team spirit and strong communication skills.

Preferred:
Experience in high-end restaurants or hotels is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours.
