Job Vacancy: Lebanese Chef?

Location: Al-Qurain, Job Type: Full-time, Salary: Attractive package based on experience, Start Date: Immediate. We are looking for a talented and passionate Lebanese chef to join our culinary team! If you are passionate about traditional Lebanese cuisine and have a taste for authentic flavors, we welcome you.

Preferably, you have experience in the following areas:
- Maamoul (dates, pistachios, walnuts), Baklava, Kunafa, Harissa (Lebanese Nammoura/Basbousa), Qatayef, Ghriba, Madlouqa, Ash El Balbol, Balah El Sham, Znoud El Set, and Halawat El Jeb. Main Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of Lebanese dishes, including mezze, grilled meats, pastries, and desserts.

Ensure the quality, consistency, and presentation of all items.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

Create and update the Lebanese menu while maintaining the authenticity of the cuisine.

Manage kitchen staff and supervise food preparation as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Lebanese chef (minimum 3 years).

Familiarity with traditional Lebanese recipes and techniques.

Familiarity with kitchen operations, hygiene, and food safety.

Creativity, passion for food, and attention to detail.

Team player with strong communication skills.

Preferred:
Experience in fine dining or hotel settings is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours.
