Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Printing Press Manager to take full responsibility for the operations of our Offset Printing Division (Packaging). This is a hands-on leadership role: you will be fully accountable for the performance of the machines, the quality of output, the maintenance schedules, and the management of all operators, helpers, and related staff.

You must drive production efficiency, ensure machine health, maintain strict quality standards, and build a strong, motivated team. No excuses — you will own the press results, people, and processes end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:
• Full ownership of press production planning and daily operations.
• Supervise, train, and discipline all press department employees.
• Ensure all printing machines run at peak performance and maintenance schedules are executed.
• Drive quality control and minimize waste and downtime.
• Maintain strong communication with sales, planning, and finishing teams.
• Report directly to senior management with clear weekly updates and KPIs.
