Urgently seeking a qualified nutritionist for an 89-year-old female patient with HF and CKD. The candidate must be locally available and prepared to start immediately, either on a part-time or full-time basis. The nutritionist will need to maintain regular communication with the medical team present at the residence and provide meal recommendations to the house chef in accordance with the medical team’s guidance.
