Description

A leading pharmaceutical is looking for an office assistant.

• Handle routine clerical duties like filing, photocopying, scanning, and printing.
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails professionally.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing correspondence.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain office calendars.
• Monitor and order office supplies; maintain inventory levels.
• Help keep the office tidy and organized (think: no paper avalanches).
• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Assist with data entry, report preparation, and light bookkeeping.
• Coordinate basic maintenance and repair of office equipment.
• Provide general support to colleagues and assist in organizing events or office functions.
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
• Ability to stay calm under pressure (especially when the printer jams)
• Discretion and confidentiality
Working hours : 8am-5pm (6days) Thursdays - 8am-2pm
