We are looking for a temporary replacement for the position of Sales Admin Asst during the months of May, June & July 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or freshers looking to gain hands-on experience in the field.
Job Details:
• Position: Temporary Sales Admin Asst
• Duration: May, June & July 2025
• Location: Subhan (transportation not provided)
• Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
• Working Days: Sunday to Thursday

Minimum Requirements:
• Graduation in any discipline (Bachelor's degree)
• Degree certificate must be attested by the concerned authorities in Kuwait
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools:
o Advanced Excel (must)
o PowerPoint
o Word
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales data analysis and reporting
• Preparing sales presentations
• Supporting the sales team with performance tracking and market insights
• Ensuring timely and accurate reporting to management
Important Notes:
• This is strictly a temporary position; no extension or permanent placement is guaranteed.
• Candidates must arrange their own transportation to and from the workplace.
