We are a leading company in the Printing and Packaging industry, we're currently looking for a Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure quality and time output
- Monitor production lines and coordinate workflow efficiently
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Manage and train production staff
Report production performance and suggest improvements

Requirements:
-Proven experience in the Printing and Packaing industry is a must
- Minimum 5 years in a similar supervisory role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues quickly and affectively
-Excellent communication and team management skills
