We are a leading online fabric store specializing in high-quality fabrics for dishdashas. We’re expanding and need a detail-oriented team member to manage orders and provide customer support.

Responsibilities:
- Process orders and send them to vendors for fulfillment.
- Track orders in Excel and update status in Magento.
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on orders via WhatsApp and Instagram.
- Engage with abandoned carts and failed orders to boost sales.
- Coordinate with vendors and the operations team for smooth order fulfillment.
Requirements:
- Experience in e-commerce or customer support preferred.
- Familiar with Magento or similar platforms.
- Strong in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Visa 18 Normal only
Working Hours: 9 hours a day, 1 day off per week
Benefits: As per Kuwait labor law
