RECAFCO Company is hiring SAFETY ENGINEER (01 no)

Duties and responsibilities
• Support the development of HSE policies and programs
• Set safety and fire regulations as per standard and in line with law and Kuwait regulations
• Apply safety and fire regulation.
• Conduct training orientation session for labors to introduce and enhance the safety awareness between labors.
• Determines what type of personal protective equipment is needed
• Conduct fire preventive inspection such as fire elements, fire extinguisher, boilers
…etc. machine and equipment up to safety code
• Establish the excavation by assign the escape rules, ….etc.
• Identify and correct potential hazards by inspecting facilities, machinery, and safety equipment
• Review new machine or equipment in order to determine if all safety requirements have been met.
• Conduct or direct testing of machines and equipment to verify compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications
• Civil Engineering degree from a recognized university at least 5 years’ experience in the same field “previous approval by MPW is an advantage”.
• Good communications skills.
• K.S.E membership “Kuwait society Engineers” with additional qualifications and special training duly accredited to internationally recognized bodies pertaining to Safety implementation.
