Description

We are now hiring Operations Manager for a local burger restaurant based in Kuwait. Candidates must have proven experience in handling restaurant and food operations. Must know POS systems and delivery platform dashboards. With Excellent organizational and problem- solving abilities. Must have Visa 18 Transferable & can join immediately. Starting salary is 400+ and negotiable, package will be offered depending on the qualification & experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and shift management
• Ensure food quality, packaging standards, and delivery times are consistently met
• Manage purchasing and inventory, maintaining optimal stock levels at all times
• Handle supplier relations and negotiate favorable terms when needed
• Monitor order accuracy and minimize mistakes across all platforms
• Recruit, train, and supervise team members
• Create and implement clear operational procedures and checklists
• Manage scheduling and shift planning for all staff
• Oversee customer service, promptly resolving customer issues or complaints
• Analyze operational performance and suggest improvements
• Manage costs efficiently to maximize profitability
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Coordinate maintenance and repair needs for equipment
• Support new product launches operationally
