Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Preparation
Must have experience in the DBOOM/BOT Oil & Gas Construction program.
Review project specifications, P&IDs, isometric drawings, GA drawings, and data sheets.
Prepare detailed work schedules, manpower plans, and equipment requirement forecasts.
Participate in constructability reviews and method statement preparation.
2. Site Execution & Supervision
Supervise installation of static and rotating mechanical equipment (Modular skids, pumps, compressors, vessels, heat exchangers).
Coordinate with the interdepartmental for their activity completion and safe guard the smooth free execution of mechanical/Piping activity programs schedule.
Oversee fabrication, installation, and alignment of piping systems (carbon steel, stainless steel, exotic materials).
Ensure proper fit-up, welding, hydrotesting, flushing, drying, and insulation activities.
3. Quality Assurance & Compliance
Ensure works are performed in compliance with project quality standards and safety procedures.
Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections (WPS/PQR, NDT, PWHT).
Lead the hydrostatic and pneumatic testing program as per pre-commissioning plan.
4. Coordination & Communication
Interface with engineering, procurement, subcontractors, and client representatives.
Attend construction coordination meetings and resolve site issues.
Provide technical support to field personnel and ensure proper documentation.
5. Documentation & Handover
Participate in pre-commissioning and commissioning support.
Ensure proper mechanical completion and handover to operations.

- Qualifications & Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering.
· Minimum experience of 10-12 years , 8 yrs in oil and gas.
· Can join within a month.
