We are seeking a well-groomed, presentable, and personable female Hostess/Receptionist to join our prestigious 5-star standard restaurant located in Salmiyah. This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of our dining experience, ensuring every guest receives a warm and elegant welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly demeanor
• Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating plan
• Answer phone calls, provide accurate information, and assist with inquiries
• Ensure the reception and guest waiting area is impeccably maintained
• Support the overall front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
Requirements:
• Female candidates only, due to the nature of the role
• Must be well-groomed, elegant, and presentable at all times
• Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or hospitality environment will be an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus
