Job Openings: Head Chef & Assistant Cook
Location: Remote Site Camp – Industrial Oil & Gas Project

We are urgently hiring experienced culinary professionals to join our catering team serving a major industrial oil & gas project. Candidates must have previous experience working in remote site camps and be able to deliver high-quality meals in a high-volume, multicultural setting.

1. Head Chef – Asian & Arabic Cuisine
Responsibilities:
Plan and oversee the preparation of high-quality meals for large groups.
Lead and manage kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
Manage kitchen inventory, supply orders, and stock control.
Develop menus that meet nutritional and cultural needs of camp residents.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef.
Expertise in Asian and Arabic cuisines.
Proven experience in remote camp or oil & gas catering projects.
Strong leadership, organizational, and bulk cooking skills.
2. Assistant Cook – Asian & Arabic Cuisine
Responsibilities:
Assist with meal preparation and cooking under the guidance of the Head Chef.
Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas.
Follow standardized recipes and portion control procedures.
Support all aspects of kitchen operations in line with safety protocols.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of cooking experience in Asian or Arabic cuisine.
Previous experience in camp/site catering preferred.
Ability to handle long shifts and work efficiently under pressure.
Strong teamwork and attention to detail.
