Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to provide general administrative and clerical support for a 1-month period. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain and organize files and records
Schedule appointments and meetings
Assist with document preparation, and other office duties as needed
Support Chairman in various administrative tasks

Requirements:
Immediate availability
Valid residency or work permit (No sponsorship provided)
Proven experience in administrative roles
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
