Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Teller Exchange at Almalik aldhary Exchange Company, located in Farwaniya. The Teller Exchange will be responsible for handling currency exchange transactions, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining confidentiality. The role also includes assisting customers with inquiries, processing payments, and adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.


Qualifications

Proficiency in handling currency exchange transactions
Strong customer service and communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
Ability to adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies
Basic computer skills and familiarity with financial software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in banking or financial services is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in finance or related field is a plus
