Cost Accountant

Key responsibilities:
· Prepare and monitor daily operating costs for all branches.
· Follow up on raw material costs and control variances.
· Provide periodic cost-related reports to management.
· Coordinate with other departments to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in the restaurant or food & beverage sector.
· Proficiency in advanced Excel and accounting software.
· Strong time management and organizational skills.
· Excellent communication and coordination abilities with other departments.
· Ability to conduct on-site visits to branches for cost monitoring.
· Valid driving license is required.
· Preferably familiar with ERP systems related to cost management.
· Ability to provide detailed cost reports to support decision-making.
· Capability to propose cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.

Store Keeper

1.Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders
2.Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders
3.Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns
3.Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels
4.Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the stockroom
5.Responsible for packing, pricing, labeling, and returning supplies
6.Responsible for stock rotation and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
7.Oversee the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and minor repairs
8.Manage supplier relations and database as well as maintain high ethical relationships both internally and externally
9.Create purchase orders and utilize purchasing card to perform low-value procurement activities
10.Responsible for shipping cancelled or damaged items back to suppliers as appropriate.

Must Have Min 2-3 years of Experience in the FMCG or F&B filed
