Description

Food Industries Company is looking for a motivated IT Support Junior Specialist to join our growing IT team in Kuwait. The selected candidate will assist in providing technical support to internal users, resolving day-to-day IT issues, and supporting the maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support to end-users across all departments
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV, and other peripherals
Support Microsoft Windows OS and Office applications
Handle user account creation, password resets, and access management
Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff or external vendors when necessary
Assist in routine maintenance of servers, network devices, and backups
Monitor and follow up on IT helpdesk tickets to ensure timely resolution
Support ERP users (preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012) on basic issues
Document common issues and solutions to build a knowledge base
Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
2–5 years of IT support experience
Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems, and hardware
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication in English and Arabic
Resident of Kuwait with valid residency
Able to join immediately
