Payroll Officer
Main Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately on time.
• Enter and review payroll data in the approved HR management system (such as leaves, absences, allowances, deductions, penalties, etc.).
• Calculate leave entitlements and end-of-service benefits in accordance with Kuwaiti labor law.
• Thorough knowledge of the Kuwaiti labor law.
Qualifications:
• University degree / Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Proficient in English & Arabic.
• Experience with payroll systems and HR software.
مسئول رواتب.
المهام الرئيسية:
• أعداد وتجهيز الرواتب الشهرية بدقة وفي المواعيد المحددة.
• إدخال ومراجعة بيانات الرواتب في النظام المعتمد لإدارة الموارد البشرية مثل ( الإجازات، الغيابات، البدلات، الخصومات، الجزءات.. إلخ)
• حساب مستحقات الاجازة ومكافأة نهاية الخدمة حسب قانون العمل الكويتي.
• معرفة تامة بقانون العمل الكويتي.
المؤهلات :
• مؤهل جامعي / بكالوريوس.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات.
• يجيد اللغة الانجليزية.
• خبرة في برامج الرواتب وبرامج الموارد البشرية.
