Job Opening: Male Receptionist (Asian Preferred)
Location: Ardiya

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Days Off: Friday & Saturday
Age Requirement: 20 – 30 years
Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply
Languages Preferred: English, Hindi, Arabic (Basic)
Salary Range: To be discussed during the interview

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
• Support daily operations and administrative tasks
• Maintain and update daily checklists
• Use Microsoft Outlook for email communication and scheduling
• Schedule meetings and book meeting rooms
• Order and manage pantry supplies and first aid items
• Assist other departments as needed
