A leading real-estate company is looking for an IT Service Tenant Officer is Responsible for managing and supporting IT services for tenants within a multi-tenant environment, such as a shared office building, data center, or managed IT service provider. This role involves ensuring that IT services meet tenant requirements, resolving service issues, and maintaining high levels of tenant satisfaction. The IT Service Tenant Officer acts as the primary point of contact between tenants and the IT service provider, coordinating service delivery and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.


Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities
 Serve as the primary contact for tenants regarding IT services, addressing inquiries, issues, and service requests.
 Ensure that IT services provided to tenants are delivered in accordance with Group’s / Company’s guidelines and contractual commitments.
 Advice Tenant IT teams upon the existing IT infrastructure of the Company / Group properties.
 Coordinate and manage IT service delivery, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software for tenants.
 Engage with new Tenants across all the Real estate properties in Kuwait and arrange to understand their requirements before installation and interior designing.
 Assist and guide them about the IT installations and IT points in the location and assist them on-site for any IT service requirements.
 Support existing Tenants for their upgradations in IT installations.
 Provide technical support regarding IP phones, LAN connections etc.,
 Resolve routine issues on-site, except those that require specific attention of IT Manager, where a log has to be maintained to update and resolution of IT issues thereupon.
 Ensure when tenants exit the Company’s / Group’s premises the IT infrastructure is intact and is in the same condition as it was provided during the onboarding of the tenant.
Experience & Qualifications
 Minimum of 3 to 5 Years of related experience or Real estate industry
 Bachelor’s degree in IT or any equivalent degrees.
 Able to communicate in English & Arabic.
Skills
 Strong knowledge base and technical skills in administrative functions.
 Computer literacy and knowledge in MS Office.
 Communicational skills and ability to work in teams.
