Job Title: Finance Manager
Salary – 900 Kd
Location: Kuwait
Accommodation will be provided
The key points are as below

Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts
Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to senior management for decision making
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
Manage cash flow, accounts receivable/payable, and treasury functions.
Coordinate audits and work with external auditors.
Analyze financial trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
Develop internal financial policies and procedures.
Lead and mentor finance staff and ensure efficient department operations.
Support strategic decision-making with financial data and analysis.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
(Master’s or MBA highly preferred).
Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) are a plus.
10 + years of experience in financial management or a similar role in manufacturing sector
Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Odoo).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
