We are seeking Full-time a highly skilled and detail-oriented Estimator with expertise in wood/joinery to join our dynamic team. As an integral member of our projects department, you will be responsible for accurately assessing the costs and requirements for a range of woodworks.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for wood/joinery and furniture projects
•Review and analyze architectural drawings and specifications to create estimates
* Source and evaluate materials,suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing
•Provide cost breakdowns and justifications to clients and stakeholders
* Monitor project budgets and offer value engineering solutions where possible.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Estimator in wood/joinery and furniture.
* Strong knowledge of materials,construction methods, and costing techniques
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various teams.
