*Role Overview*

As a Sales Operations Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and streamlining sales activities across our digital platforms and physical retail outlets. Your goal is to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, drive sales performance, and support the sales team with data, coordination, and execution.

*Key Responsibilities*

🔹Coordinate daily sales activities across e-commerce and retail channels
🔹Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting
🔹Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory updates
🔹Support promotional campaigns and new product launches
🔹Liaise with the logistics, marketing, and customer service teams
🔹Ensure a smooth and efficient order fulfillment process
🔹Resolve operational issues and improve sales workflows

*Requirements*

✅ Proven experience in e-commerce sales operations (e.g., online marketplaces, websites)
✅ Background in retail market store operations (physical shops, POS systems)
✅ Strong analytical and organizational skills
✅ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
✅ Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic (preferred)
✅ Arabs only
✅ Visa 18 Ahli
✅ Immediate joiners required
