A prestigious contracting company in Shuwaikh looking for the following candidates:
1) Civil Engineer.
- University Degree.
- 5 years of experience and knowledge of various real estate activities is a must.
- Ability to manage, control, and supervise all maintenance, and renovation projects.
- Ability to work closely with the contractors works and to implement quality standards for all maintenance and renovation works.
- Fluency in English language (Arabic is an additional advantage).
- Transferable visa article 18.

2) Buildings Supervisor.
- Diploma/Trade Certificate holder.
- 5 years of experience and knowledge of various real estate activities is a must.
- To work closely with the contractors, and keep in touch with tenants for all works related to the maintenance and renovation.
- To take care of the whole buildings and properties condition.
- Fluency in English language (Arabic is an additional advantage).
- Transferable visa article 18.
