A reputed emerging company looking for a experienced Well Engineer for 6 months for the KOC, Required experience of 10+ years.

1.1. OPERATIONS

1.1.1. Lives by the ISP Well Construction Management System
to ensure well integrity and delivery within planned time
and budget; and prepare corrective actions in case of
deviations
1.1.2. Responsible for preparing well programs (drilling/
completions/ well intervention) coordinating across a
multi-functional team and ensuring focus on Safety,
Security, Health and Environment (SSH&E), operations
integrity, and regulatory compliance
1.1.3. Lead day-to-day planning and operations in coordination
with Well Site Supervisors and contractors related to
assigned projects
1.1.4. Surveillance and monitoring of daily drilling progress to
ensure operations are conducted applying the optimum
technologies and operational practices
1.1.5. Use Engineering took and software to validate well
engineering calculations and well design integrity
1.1.6. Use risk assessment tool to qualify and quantify risks in
the well design using deterministic approach
1.1.7. Analysis of operational performance and coordination
with operations personnel to implement changes in
procedures and equipment
1.1.8. Capture Lessons Leaned and effectively apply in project
execution
1.1.9. Uses Engineering skill set to finds inefficiencies and makes
recommendations to management on how to best
improve well times and project costs
1.1.10. Keeps abreast of the latest available drilling technology
1.1.11. Provides surveillance of well costs and stewardship
reconciliation exercises
1.1.12. Is responsible for its proposal and the development of
investigation of unscheduled events and non-
conformance incidents.
1.1.13. Assist Well Site Supervisors (WSS) in the management of
unscheduled events by technical reviewing

2. Experience & Education

2.1. REQUIRED
2.1.1. MSc/B.Sc. in engineering or scientific discipline.
2.1.2. 6+ years of experience of relevant industry experience
in a well engineering role (drilling/ completions),
2.1.3. Demonstrated knowledge of well design and planning,
drilling safety and well control principles, environmental
regulations, and field operations.
2.1.4. Fully functional in Microsoft Office & industry
recognized well engineering software
2.1.5. Fluent written and spoken English.

2.2. PREFERRED
2.2.1. Relevant experience both field and office with an
Integrated Services OFS company.
2.2.2. Fluent in Second Language
