Description

This position is responsible for daily collection follow-up with the customers to collect the invoices and ensures coordination with the collector’s team regarding the payments and collect it on time.

Key Responsibilities -

• Contact customers to update the payments status and delivered the invoices.
• Contact customers to prepare the repayments cheques.
• Follow up with sales department on canceling and adjusting invoices.
• Follow up with billing department regarding revised invoices.
• Highlight customers problems to the manager and follow-up to solve it.
• Prepare daily collection report and audit collection bonds (Receipt), which provides for the customers.
• Enter and post daily cash receipts in system.
• Follow-up counter cheques with customers and the cashier and void the invalid cash receipts.
• Coordinate with bank messenger regarding the deposit and the rejected cheques.
• Follow up with contract dept. regarding the ready and signed contract and confirm that it delivered to the customer.
• Doing any of the tasks assigned by the manager.
• Submit daily collection report.
• Provide expected collections monthly report.
• Confirm each new invoice has a valid PO/contract before sending to customers
• Leading and managing the process of entire Collections Overdue Accounts.
• Providing necessary support to the Bill Collectors regarding collections issues, resolve customers discrepancies related to invoicing and payments.
• Effective Communications and follow ups with customers and internally with Sales Account Managers and Service Delivery Unit for Customer payments.
• Reconcile customer disputes as they pertain to payment of outstanding balances that are due.




Job Requirements -

• Arab Nationals

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or any related fields or equivalent Knowledge
• Collection Report
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Preparing reports for managers on request.
• Sales Invoices payments checking for the commission
• Updated on knowledge in their field of expertise.

Experience:

• 3 - 5 years or more of experience in the same position or field.
