Sales Manager

Requirements:
Proven experience in electronics sales.
Experience in managing sales teams and retail stores.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve objectives.

Responsibilities:
Lead the sales team and motivate them to achieve the highest performance levels.
Supervise sales operations at the company's retail outlets.
Develop plans to increase market share and enhance customer experience.
Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and market analysis.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
3+ years' of sales experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
