Position: Construction Equipment Supervisor
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical or Diesel engineering
Key responsibilities
Monitor, Supervise and Coordinate daily use and condition of construction equipment
Keep records of Equipment usage, down time and servicing.
Liaise with contractors and operators and maintenance teams
Position: Diesel Mechanics

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years(Diesel Mechanic)
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical /Certification in Heavy Equipment
Position: Auto Electrician
Location: Ahmadi
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in automobile

Position: GPS Coordinator
Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in automobile
Qualification: Diploma in Bachelor
Position: Data Entry Operator
Experience: Minimum 2-5 years
Qualification: Diploma in Bachelor
Position: Accountant
Experience: Minimum 2-5 years
Qualification: Bachelor/MBA
Responsibilities
• Monitor and categorize all fleet-related expenses
• Develop and manage annual and quarterly budgets for fleet operations.
• Forecast future expenses based on usage trends, fuel prices, vehicle acquisition plans, etc.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to align budget with fleet utilization.
• Create and send invoices to customers or clients.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and reconcile customer accounts
• Verify timesheets, mileage logs, delivery receipts, or service records before invoicing
• Ensure all required backup documentation (e.g., purchase orders, delivery notes) is attached.
• Assist with inputting or uploading invoice data to financial systems
• Experienced in Oracle Using Software.
