Job Purpose:
To manage day-to-day operations of the luggage e-commerce website including uploading product content, managing the backend, and handling social media content uploads. This role is vital to ensure accurate, up-to-date product listings and timely social media presence to support online sales.
Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Website Management
• Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and specifications to the e-commerce platform.
• Ensure product listings are SEO-optimized and visually appealing.
• Monitor website inventory and coordinate with logistics/warehouse teams for stock updates.
• Assist in setting up promotional banners, discount codes, and campaigns on the website.
• Troubleshoot basic website issues and coordinate with developers if needed.

Backend Operations
• Maintain product database and manage backend CMS (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc. as applicable).
• Perform regular checks for product accuracy and remove outdated items.
• Generate weekly reports on website performance, clicks, and product views.

Social Media Content Management
• Upload and schedule content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
• Coordinate with design/marketing teams for content calendar.
• Respond to basic inquiries or comments as per company tone and guidelines.
• Support in tracking engagement and reporting performance metrics.

Key Skills Required:
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
• Comfortable working with CMS and backend management.
• Understanding of basic photo editing (e.g., Canva, Photoshop is a plus).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good written communication in English.


Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in e-commerce or digital operations (freshers with internship experience may also apply).
• Knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
