Description

Job Responsibilities:
• Supervision, installation, testing, operation, and execution of Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) works
• Preparation of TSSR (Technical Site Survey Report) and other survey documentation
• Coordination with subcontractors to ensure timely project execution
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards
• Site progress monitoring and daily reporting to project stakeholders
• Support troubleshooting and issue resolution during project implementation

Eligibility and Requirements:
• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics & Communication, or Civil Engineering
• 3–8 years of hands-on experience in telecom infrastructure implementation projects
• Strong expertise in OFC deployment: supervision, installation, splicing, testing, and commissioning
• Experience with TSSR preparation, site survey, and field documentation
• Kuwait/Gulf region experience is preferred
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Age limit: Up to 45 years
