A leading company engaged in upstream oil well maintenance is looking for experienced SCADA/Instrument Technicians to join our project team in Kuwait.
This role involves the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of SCADA systems and other related field instrumentation to ensure uninterrupted oil field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and commission SCADA and instrumentation systems.
• Perform routine calibration and maintenance of sensors, transmitters, and controllers.
• Troubleshoot wired/wireless instruments and SCADA-related issues.
• Monitor systems, ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Support emergency response and provide 24/7 availability as required.
Requirements:
• ITI/ Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SCADA/instrumentation (Oil & Gas preferred).
• Strong technical skills in field instruments, SCADA systems, and control logic.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and wiring schematics.
• Physically fit to work in field conditions; strong safety compliance.
Preferred Candidates:
• Local Kuwait residents with transferable visa, but overseas candidates with similar experience can also apply.
• Candidates with experience in upstream operations.
• Willing to work in shifts and flexible hours.
