? Responsibilities & Requirement: Logistic Coordinator
? Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in the same field.
? Past experience in plastic industries firm is an advantage.
? Follow up the customer''s delivery schedule.
? Coordinating with shipping agents and proper scheduling the trucks.
? Initiating the shipping advice to the customers on time.
? Coordinating with the management, sales and production departments.
? Communicate customers'' required delivery schedule to production
department.
? Issue customers'' IPO from the system, get it approved and distribute to
production department & Q.C department.
? Plan and coordinate transportation of customers'' goods on timely basis
(including documents preparation, communicate delivery advices to
customers, educate drivers of customers'' safety and regulatory
requirements.
? Thorough follow up of customers'' orders/contacts status and report to
management this includes verbal and written communication with
customers.
? Issue delivery notes and other documents for shipping purposes.
? Check and inspect goods final condition & packing quality as stated by the
customers.
? Communicate with QC & Production’s logistics dispatch plans through
packing list enabling Q.C to prepare COA and production to ensure
readiness of finished products, packing and labeling before arrival of the
shipping truck.
? Receives returned material, Issue goods return voucher and report goods
details to the management.
? Provide instructions to forklift drivers in coordination with production
supervisor to plan for goods loading.
? Follow up the status of finished goods available in the F.G warehouse and
update production dept. of the same.
? Reporting to
: materials in charge.
? Should have excellent command in English.
? Computer knowledge is a must.
