Night Shift Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Lead and oversee all night‐time cleaning operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and team productivity. Plan schedules, manage resources, and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Night Operations:
Supervise and support the night team on‐site
Execute nightly cleaning schedules and resource deployment
Planning & Scheduling:
Prepare and adjust the next night’s plan during afternoon hours
Allocate staff and equipment for optimal coverage
Team Leadership:
Train, motivate, and mentor night‐shift staff
Conduct briefings, performance reviews, and handle disciplinary matters
Quality Control:
Perform regular site inspections and audits
Address operational issues and client concerns promptly
Reporting & Improvement:
Track KPIs and generate concise performance reports
Identify inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements

Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience managing night‐time operations or similar shift work
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‐solving abilities
Excellent planning, organizational, and reporting skills
Ability to work hands‐on and make decisions on the spot
Flexible to cover night and late‐afternoon hours as required
