Production Supervisor – Fashion Atelier (Kuwait)



we are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead and oversee the full production process at a high-end fashion atelier in Kuwait, specializing in evening and bridal gowns.


Responsibilities

Organize and supervise daily workflow in the workshop according to the production plan.
Prepare and follow up on daily and weekly production schedules.
Monitor work quality at each production stage and ensure compliance with technical and aesthetic standards.
Coordinate with designers and department supervisors to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted production process.
Track daily output and compare it against targets, reporting any delays or obstacles.
Monitor staff attendance, shift schedules, and record individual productivity.
Prepare regular reports on production progress and suggest improvements.
Participate in analyzing causes of delays or waste and recommend corrective actions.
Contribute to enhancing the working environment and optimizing time and resource utilization.


Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or workshop management in fashion or garment manufacturing.
Solid knowledge of evening and bridal gown production processes (cutting, sewing, embroidery, finishing, etc.).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
