Skills Required:
1. Technically understand the lab services offered and communicate/demonstrate it to potential customers.
2. Actively looking for new sales opportunities by direct contact, cold calls & various other media and keep a good network and maintain existing clients.
3. Handle customers’ inquiry, questions and complains.
4. Generate Quotation, Invoicing and ensure the receipt of payment for the services provided.
5. Meeting or surpass the monthly & yearly sales targets.
6. Participate in Tenders/contract opportunities.
7. Keep good relationships with customers and collaborate with coworkers & team members as well.
8. Arranging meetings between clients and technical staffs
9. Support ISO related documentation, Involve in market survey, Received Customer feedback, make customer delighted, and generate sales data.
10. Deliver attractive presentations, and Develop long term sales strategies and visions.
Qualification Required
1. Diploma/Bachelor/Masters in chemistry/biology/environment/or chemical engineering
2. Kuwait Driving license is a plus.
3. Female Candidates Only
4. Excellent soft skills
5. Transferrable visa in Kuwait.
Experience Needed:
1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in lab sales or equivalent sales activities
