Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle logistics operations by assigning appropriate shipping agents for foreign purchase orders.
- Coordinate with customs clearance and transportation agents to ensure smooth import processes.
- Follow up on international shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delays.
- Liaise with the Finance Department to issue Letters of Credit (LCs) to foreign suppliers.
- Receive and review shipping documents from the bank in a timely manner.
- Perform procurement duties for bulk materials, primarily sourcing from local suppliers for the HVAC Contracting division.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics coordination and procurement.
- Knowledge of import/export procedures, customs clearance, and international shipping.
- Familiarity with Letters of Credit and bank documentation processes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Candidates with experience in Engineering companies are preferred.
