We’re looking for a detail-driven and organized Commercial Administrator to coordinate with suppliers and customers, manage inventory and shipments, and support reporting activities. 🔸What You’ll Be Doing:
âś… Coordinate with suppliers and share purchase orders
âś… Track shipments, documentation, and landed costs
âś… Maintain shipment and claim trackers
✅ Monitor “Close to Expiry” (CTE) stock and warehouse inventory
âś… Support HORECA customer communications and e-commerce platforms
âś… Prepare monthly sales and stock reports
âś… Follow up on discrepancies, damage claims, and documentation
âś… Liaise across departments: sales, warehouse, finance, and suppliers

🔸 What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Bachelor’s in Business Admin, Supply Chain, or related field
📅 3–5 years in a commercial/admin coordination role
📦 FMCG or distribution industry experience preferred
đź’» ERP systems & Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards)
🔍 Strong attention to detail & multi-tasking skills
🤝 Excellent communication, proactive problem-solving
